How is your store score calculated?
The score is not arbitrary. Think of it like asking for references before buying from someone. The more clear information you have, the more trust your store generates — and the easier it is for an AI assistant to recommend you.
It works like a restaurant rating on Google Maps: more details and more honesty = better score.
What exactly is measured?
We measure four factors. Each one has a different weight on the final score.
Store readiness
- Complete catalog with real photos and descriptions
- Shipping policy with visible timeframes and costs
- Returns policy with clear days and conditions
- Stock and availability kept up to date
- Products without description or clear photo
- No shipping policy or just "fast shipping" with no timeframe
- No visible returns policy
- Stock always at 0 or never updated
If Peter sells office chairs and lists dimensions, materials, shipping time and what happens if it arrives damaged, AI assistants recommend it first.
Digital security seal
- Security seal active in your panel
- Signing key renewed in the last 90 days
- Digital certificate linked to your store
- Activated from day one
- No security seal activated
- Expired or unrenewed seal
- Signing key never rotated
- Disconnected from your store
Think of it like the padlock in your browser — but for AI buyers. When it's active, AI assistants know your store is real and not impersonated.
Legal compliance
- Privacy policy (GDPR) published
- Payment methods without errors or blocks
- Correct tax information in your store
- No active compliance alerts
- No visible privacy policy
- Payment method blocked or with error
- Incomplete or expired tax information
- Unresolved compliance alert
A store with a visible privacy policy and no payment errors has its legal side in order. It is the minimum the law requires and what AI assistants check.
Up-to-date connection
- Automatic sync active with your platform
- Last catalog update less than 24 hours ago
- Order notifications arriving in real time
- No connection errors in the last 7 days
- Last sync more than 72 hours ago
- Outdated catalog (old prices or stock)
- Order notifications disabled
- Connection errors not resolved
If your catalog syncs every hour with your Shopify or WooCommerce store, the connection score is at its maximum. If it has not synced in days, it drops.
How high can the score go?
The maximum score depends on your store history. The more real purchases you have, the higher your maximum score can go.
New store
max. 65No order history yet
Even if everything is perfect, the score cap is 65. This is normal — every store starts this way. With real orders, the cap goes up.
→ Get real orders to raise the cap
With order history
max. 85Human orders processed and delivered
Once you have real buyers who received their orders without issues, the score cap rises to 85. The score also reflects your order history.
→ Accept AI agent purchases for the top level
Verified by AI buyers
max. 100AI agent purchases completed and verified
If your store has processed purchases made directly by AI assistants — with no human intervention — and everything went well, you can reach 100 points.
What does each score range mean?
The score goes from 1 to 100. The maximum cap you can reach depends on your store level (see above).

3 things you can do today
Activate the security seal
Go to your panel, click "Trust Panel" and activate the security seal. It is the step with the most impact (25% of score) and the easiest: just one click.
Write your returns and shipping policy in plain language
No legal terms needed. Write: "If you don't like it, return it within 30 days and we'll refund you in 3 working days. We ship in 48 business hours." That simple.
Keep your catalog in sync
Check that automatic sync is active in your panel. If the catalog has not been updated for more than 72 hours, the connection score drops.
Frequently asked questions
Why does my score not go above 65 even though everything is set up?
New stores have a cap of 65 points. This is normal and has nothing to do with anything you are doing wrong. When you have real orders processed and delivered, the cap rises to 85. With verified AI agent purchases, it rises to 100.
How often is my score updated?
The score is recalculated every time something changes in your store: new product, updated policy, processed order, or renewed seal. In real time.
What exactly is the security seal?
It is a digital key that certifies your store is real and not impersonated. AI assistants check it before recommending. It is activated from your panel in 1 minute and accounts for 25% of the score.
Can I see what I need to improve my score?
Yes. In your store panel, in the "Trust Panel" section, you will find a breakdown of each point and what you can improve.
Does the score affect the price I pay for Trusteed?
No. The score affects your position in AI assistant search results, not the price of the service.
Want to see your store score right now?
Log in to your panel and go to "Trust Panel". In less than a minute you will know where you stand and what you can improve.
